Problem is he's actually bringing the US down. He's trying to turn the USA into the USSR 2.0.
and you guys try to accuse conservatives of having irrational fears.

He is not a journalist or even a reporter but an entertaining pundit.Being brought up in the fashion world makes him giddy!! (FYI, Gloria Vanderbilt is his mom)
The only news he cares about is where the hemlines are this year!!

Exactly my feelings. But the role of a TV anchor should be to just report the news and not try to act like you are an investigative journalist.
Unless it is supposed to be an opinion show. The problem is opinion shows have replaced almost all news reporting.
Exactly my feelings.
I have never been much of a consumer of TV news show except during crisis, events, etc. and it was usually CNN.
I became a consumer when Trump won in anticipation of extreme entertainment.
It was at this point that I realized that "opinion shows have replaced almost all news reporting".
What did ESPN do?CNN used to be very good when it was a pioneer in 24 hour news. It lost its way and strayed from its core mission. Just like what ESPN is doing now.
It seemed like CNN is a very creditable news source for floods, emergencies, war reporting, etc. but they are really liberal ... almost like Western European Socialists.CNN used to be very good when it was a pioneer in 24 hour news.

I honestly never watch it except for Thursday night football if Ga Tech is playing - usually at least once a season.
rhetorical unless you want to reply ... I'll be looking this up.
That's dumb ... a considerable number over 50% are sports fans ... sorta like country music fans.ESPN used to be about sports. But now they have mostly opinion shows from their experts and has shifted to a very liberal bias. Most people want to see sports on a sports network so their viewership is way down.
CNN can be OK but everything is "breaking news". Even months later. It seemed like CNN is a very creditable news source for floods, emergencies, war reporting, etc. but they are really liberal ... almost like Western European Socialists.
I personally like (and trust) Lester Holt as my primary source of news.
Really?! Still "nothing to see here; there is no there there"?! That's crazy talk.
What cable news network doesn't do that?CNN can be OK but everything is "breaking news". Even months later.
I watch little TV news unless there is something live going on I am interested in. I prefer to go to a lot of different news websites and read what a variety of sources are reporting.
What cable news network doesn't do that?

Kushner was making contacts with many countries during the transition faze. back channel communications are often established with countries. everyone in Washington has had meetings with the same Russian officials at one time or another. the bank Kushner met with is currently under sanction and was very likely meeting with the trump transition team to appeal to them to lift the sanctions.
this is a fishing expedition of the highest proportion
again as I said previously the purpose of all this is not to investigate a possible crime but to derail the trump presidency.
