You fail to mention that the Yemenis attacked Saudi Arabia with Iranian backing. You fail to mention that Israel retaliates against Palestinian attacks because the Palestinians refuse to live peacefully. And what the U.S. did in Iraq and Afghanistan has no bearing on what Russia is doing in Ukraine. Ukraine isn't a defacto member of NATO. Your assertions are ludicrous. If NATO has weapons pointed at Russia in Poland then why doesn't Russia invade Poland? You can't seem to grasp that all those countries joined NATO because of past Russian aggression against them.
