The Russians Are Coming, The Russians Are Coming!

Again you weren’t paying attention. Most states were nullifying the Supreme Court anyway, the Supreme Court literally has zero power unless the executive branch wants it to. Do a little history reading and research they have no power on their own. Presidents have routinely ignored there, dictates and rulings.
Where were they nullifying the Supreme Court and on what? Missouri passed legislation saying no abortions after 10 weeks if I remember right. Shot down by the Court.

Correct and they continue to do it anyway what was the supreme court going to do?

You aren't saying where the Court has been nullified? The Court didn't end abortion. It put it back on the States to decide. If a state has made it illegal and it still happens that's a law enforcement issue.

Supporting the U.S. Constitution in this day and age doesn't make one a liberal.

Correct because they knew there was no other choice you’re saying the Supreme Court had the right to ever allow it. I’m saying they did not. They were only given that power by the executive branch and legislative branch. Do you not understand the concept of nullification? I did not vote for the Supreme Court justices, nor do I get the option to. And yes, it does make one a liberal because you’re looking to be ruled over. You make that clear and every post.
You've yet to tell me where the Court's power has been nullified. And it's not just the Supreme Court but the whole Federal court system where things wind their way up to SCOTUS if they make it that far. The Court in '73 made a terrible decision on Roe that this court corrected. You want States rights but aren't happy with the court that kicked it back to you. Nullification has nothing to do with whether you got to vote for them or not.

We didn’t need to wait for them to kick it back lol kind of defeats the nullification. SMH
I don’t plan on doing the research for you. Go ahead and look it up yourself.

thats why they did it, but they dont have the right
You've repeatedly said it's NATO's fault that Russia invaded Ukraine as if a sovereign nation doesn't have the right to freely associate with whoever it chooses to if its powerful neighbor doesn't want them to.

thats why russia invaded

but pre-emptive invasion is a war crime regardless.

does cuba have a right to "freely associate" with russia and have nukes and point them at america? no

Cuba has freely associated with Russia since the Castro's took over. That doesn't give them the right to have nukes pointed at us. If Russia had invaded Ukraine because Ukraine was installing nukes to point at Russia that would've been a valid reason. Ukraine wanting to join a defensive alliance to keep from being invaded isn't a valid reason to invade.

no ukraine wouldve had weapons pointed at russia. not for defense.

nato is offensive and provocative

america wanted russia to invade ukraine because it weakens the russia / china alliance.

america wanted to expand nato partly because its good for weapons profiteers

Can you name one NATO country that borders Russia that has nukes pointed at Russia. Has any nukes at all?

How does it weaken the Russia/China alliance?

Can you name all the nations NATO has invaded?

Can you name all the nations Russia has invaded since NATO was formed?
