They are not letting the sups shut off the belt. There are more damages then boxes that get loaded.

Pickoff's prospective:

Belt wide stacked? Unsafe. Shut it off.

Packages stacked up in the chutes? That's against methods. Shut it off.

Package outside of the power zone? Let it ride. Belt stop avoided! HUZZAH!


Suddenly you've got tons of beltstops and tons of flowbys.

This, 100%. Sups won’t shut off the belt any time of year. That’s up to the preloader.

If I found out they loaded it with the 1000s in the front I'd just run the damn route backward.
One of our drivers (not new to this thankfully) does this every day. deliver RDR RDC RDL then start with whatever is on the left shelf, whether that be 1000's or 8000's. Doing everything on trace with no air commit times is fun.
