A statistician would have a field day with FedEx. No accountability, no access to the data. Nothing. That would mean that their "conclusions" (results) would be deemed invalid. FedEx has a vested interest in good results, which also would not pass the statistical smell test. It needs to be given, and evaluated, by an independent third party in order to have any credibility. As it stands, the SFA has none at all.

But typical for a company built on a pack of lies.

Maybe next year they can do an SFA without any employee paticipation and they'll be free to come up with all the dream scores they want.
