You don't have to take your two 10 min breaks. But are encouraged to take them. I sometimes do sometimes don't. Depends on the day. But say you record them and still work. You are getting credited for .17(20 mins) of time. So it does benefit you

Take your unpaid break for sure. They are taking it out of your check regardless. Paid breaks use them as you need them.

Question about breaks...I take my two 15 minute breaks and then my 10 minute break
If I go over 10 hours..these count towards your 60 hours correct? One time I was gonna hit 60 hours around 8pm Friday and my sup said no your breaks don't count towards your DOT hours

Your pay for the day is from your start time until you punch out minus lunch. There should be a column for total hours worked on the report.

If I drive 950 and scratch the route -145.. what are my hours/pay for the day?

Sorry.. it kind of confuses me a bit. Trying to keep track of my hours daily so I'm not shorted $$$.
Scratch mean nothing. We get paid by the hour no matter what happens. They make up numbers that have zero resemblance to reality.
