I agree it's just a dumb piece of paper but it gets jobs. Not everyone can be you.

As for advice, don't be nice to your drivers. They'll take advantage of your kindness and ask you to do more crap. Tell them to get out of their cars when they're in your way, and if their truck is getting slammed with boxes, just put them in the truck wherever they'll fit. Doesn't matter where, just as long as you get it in. If you ever get criticism just say "I'll work on that."

Sups can be annoying, just tell them that you're following the methods and they'll leave you alone. It's an answer to pretty much everything.

I would suggest after the probationary period you work the belt like an idiot and let things speed past you.

Otherwise. Stack little-to-none of the boxes. Group stops together. Keep the asileway clean for all vehicles and outside on the belt.
