To my fellow preloaders..

Unless you steal, get caught in good health the same day you called out sick, or finally punch that complaining ass driver in the face, you cannot and will not get fired. Your supervisor will threaten to fire you numerous times and you'll continue to get "next level" discipline including suspensions that you'll never actually serve, but getting fired due to misloads WILL NOT happen. Just keep showing up to work and at least show a semblance of an effort.

The dude that held the record for most misloads at our small hub was demoted, from preloader to PT sup. He's no longer at our small place, he was moved to the large big city customer care center, where there's less chances he'll effect production.

Shiiii, not every driver is this way, but there are some drivers who the load just isn't ever good enough for.. "Why do you have this box here instead of here?!" *moves box a quarter of an inch to the left* lol ooooook
Hopefully "lol ok" was not your only response to the drivers question. What did you reply?
