Quit and re-apply. There's no advantage to sticking with UPS, anyway - it's not like you'll have insurance in Europe or Japan...

Well I was thinking more about going to China

Average wages in China are equivalent to $150-$250 USD per month (depending on which part of the country you're in). Cost of living for foreigners is very high. If you choose to study in China, you won't be working, unless it's under a managerial/contractor-type role of an American company in China.
