Transferring to a newly constructed Hub

Would UPS approve a transfer from the east coast to the massive new hub in Arizona that's starting up this peak? For either a part-time preloader or a driver. Would one have to enroll and go back to college near the target hub? I have over a year in.

no.. totally separate region.

You better be sure you can deal with 115 degree heat if you are thinking permanent job in Az.

It's a 90 to 100+ degrees and extremely humid in our hub and we usually don't have a working fan. If it were any worse, people would die.

"It's not the heat; it's the humidity". See attachment. 90 degrees here is as dangerous as 120 degrees in Arizona. Because the relative humidity reduces evaporation
