Troll suggestion.

If you ban a troll or other type of poor behavior members, they just register under a different name.

If you know who they are, members can react to them accordingly, they can be put in queue, etc.

There are books and articles on reacting to this behavior if you Google.

So you're saying the BC owners are invested in or even the authors of said books and therefore trolls are allowed if not outright encouraged to drive up book sales?
