WOW! Courier to ops manager to Director Of Morning Coffee Procurement....and all in a matter of just 21 short years.
So what's next Dano? Fourth Assistant Vice President For Nonessential Operations? New title, same duties, but unfortunately....same pay.

This is what the Fedex Mind Control And Reeducation Academy does to a person.
When you mentioned Unimind it reminded me of the Unimog. This German built thing. It was a truck, a backhoe, an RV , a front end loader, a water craft. a farm tractor etc.

Trouble was it did a lot of things but kind of like Dano.... not a single one of them well enough to actually matter.

Don’t insult the Unimog by comparing it to Dano. At least it does something and serves a useful purpose.

The technology exists and it's not complicated, at least as far as the piece rate goes. It'd be a great way to get those older, higher paid employees with 4 SPH routes out in the country to go ahead and retire.

Hmmmm.
Hell, they'll be happy getting paid the minimum. They'll stay put :happy-very:

can wage progression at Express get slower, lol. topped out and no raise last year. think not topped got one or maybe two step increase? They were not exactly breaking the bank with 5% raises or more after record revenues and profits
You're topped out, you are getting paid what you are worth(finally) as for those in progression been screwed for years. don't worry I'm sure your new contractor will pay you about 40% of what you make now...
