My boss would never allow me to take a day off without pay. I would have to sleep in the basement again.

That is where people should go that take "dead days". Someone a long time ago won guaranteed hours for us. The least one could do is honor that. I am sure if things were the other way around and management was forcing days off with no pay, the sale of Kleenex would undoubtedly increase.

LOL yea its a bit much for me I am very lady like but...........yes its tooo much But I will leave it till upstate returns....lol

hey its probably legit. or this driver may have a health issue that they are dealing with and thats none of your business...theres all two sides to the story.

I understand your way of thinking I get I once used FMLA more on the matter..........This person is a pt on the preload and has been wrote up for her call offs a number of times..........But our center manager threw the suspention sheet away. That is my probblam I believe in eqaulit and to me this is not. This person is just plain lazy. Once again thanks for the chance to vent!
