What is a “company pick?”
Usually an off the street hire or a supervisor needing driving experience. For every six bid positions that are posted the company also gets to pick one person
Last one we had somebody got really lucky on it.Usually an off the street hire or a supervisor needing driving experience.

What about seniority?Usually an off the street hire or a supervisor needing driving experience.
Seniority doesn't matter. That is what the company pick is all about. The rest of the time seniority does rule but 1 out of 6 times the company gets to pick anyone they want. What about seniority?
