We don't have a roaring economy.....we have an economy where the 90% of the S&P 500 is from 4 companies. And an economy with artificially low interest rates. And an economy that has been pumped up by massive stock buy backs...

Our economy isn't . But it is far from roaring....this thing has a long way to pull back. I hope all of you are saving money and not buying new pickup trucks this year.

I wouldn't mind that so much if top rate pt inside was like 16 or 17 right now after 4 years.

To be fair we theoretically could experience a deflationary economic environment within a 5 year period. Your raise would then be an actual raise.

We're getting raises. Nothing to write home about, but we're getting them.

We deserved a larger raise for our contribution to the success of this company.
