Nice to know that there's actually been some numbers thrown around, but without knowing what those numbers are, from either side, I have no feelings on the matter. I completely expect the union to not be happy with the company's initial offer, no matter what it is, and vice versa. If the company put out something in round 1 and the union was like, 'Yeah that's pretty good actually', then either UPS :censored2:ed up, or the union is selling us out.

Exactly. Its just expected that UPS will low ball us with their offers. The big question is whether we can trust our negotiators to reject their ridiculous offers
