Our new center manager is in his low 30's. I imagine he is still at the kiddie table at division meetings.

I would be hard pressed to respect a 24 year old center manager.

i mean i've seen some terrible young promotions lately, but the ones who've gotten to manager or DM are usually pretty impressive people

I agree ... they are Business Managers BTW (not Center Managers).

I had some of that back in the spring of 2016 ... very relaxing and good for pain/ache relief.
I would not mind having that again.
Definitely a Medical Quality strain.

Not my building but the next closest one has a center manager that was a PT preload sup 2 years ago.

PT preload sup to On Car to center manager in 2 years. Probably late 20s. Climbing the backs of drivers to the top. Nitpicked every little thing as an On Car.

UPS has tons of minorities but still not that many females in leadership positions.
