Has anybody gone through this or know anybody who has?
On the job injury and did not pass the FCE. Missed passing by a small margin.
He's on workers comp ?
Definitely get a lawyer. Don't let them snowball you.
Hire a lawyer is a must! Also you can ask for a 2nd opinion! I went through this a few years ago.I got my job back
I have a Lawyer who’s firm only charges 25% because I am a UPS employee. I just want to know about anyone who has gone through this experience.
FCE = Functional Capacity Exam.
There's always the possibility of an ADA accommodation....
But, speaking with a lawyer might be appropriate and a sobering reality.
I knew a few drivers that unfortunately had to leave that way
I (meaning me) would apply for an ADA accommodation.
Don't try and reach a settlement with UPS by yourself.
ADA would apple but would drop me to part time status.

Do you qualify for retirement?
Or maybe a 22.3 job if the fce fail is because a driving issue. Get a lawyer for sure
Ya mean 22.4!
No 22.3 no driving involved
Yes but need more. Not enough money saved for my retirement alcohol.
I have a lawyer and no 22.3 jobs are available.
