Larger hubs are far more flexible. It's no set number of people for any building, it's based on area and a certain percentage of that area that can be on vaca at a time. I think it's somewhere around 10% of that area, so if you are in small sort for example and there is 100 people in that area then 10 people can be on vaca for same week. In my building they do not even reject vacations anymore nearly everyone is approved for their weeks chosen and it can create a
