Vacation week change allowed?

It points out the central flaw in the way we choose vacations.

I'd like to see us go back to the old way of picking Jan-Feb-Mar vacations in December then the rest of the year in March

I get 3 weeks of vacation according to the vacation bid sheet. At the time I filled the bid sheet(January)my family wasn't planning on going anywhere. But now things changed and the week they wanna travel isn't the week I bidded. Is it against company policy to change vacation week?

Welcome to UPS. Good luck. We used to switch vacations all the time BUT you have to find someone willing to switch---- Not always easy. They probably don't allow this anymore.
