Vaccine Mandates, Teamsters caving?

For companies to ask you for vaccine papers is a violation of the fourth amendment of the US Constitution under the Bill of Rights. The DOJ is lying and the socialist media are lying again. Lawyer up.

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
You're wrong...crazy wannbe internet lawyer

Companies, or anybody for that matter, can ask you if you've been vaccinated or not. YOU can choose to tell them yes/no or tell them to pound sand. There is no law prohibiting you from being asked. There is a law that prohibits employers, potential employers, insurance companies, etc., from checking your health background (i.e. subpoenaing your health records) unless YOU give them permission by signing a waiver or something.

It's called HIPPA...

Actually the constitution is the law of land. “HIPAA” not HIPPA, restricts employers from requesting health information from your healthcare provider or the insurance company. The right of the people (you, me, everyone) to be secure in their persons, houses, papers (medical records), and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

In other words you are innocent until proven guilty. If UPS wants that document then they need a warrant. The burden of proof is on UPS to prove that such a document is needed. This is why UPS was not doing temperature scans upon entering the building.

Have never had any allergies whatsoever. Might catch a cold once every few years. Can even eat spoiled food without getting sick. Think I'll pass on your vaccine and continue to take my chances with the viwus.
Why would you eat spoiled food?

The 4th amendment has nothing to do with this as you've implied. The 4th amendment only protects you against the government or an agent acting on the governments behalf (i.e. Law Enforcemnt). FedEx, UPS, etc, are not the government...

You are wrong. You are putting words there that aren’t there. Nobody has the right to violate anyone’s rights including the government. This is also why UPS had a policy not to enforce anyone else’s temperature scan policy.

Every one of these guys has some sort of illness or shortcoming.
I mean, we all do, but I could go one by one with all of these posters and explore WHY they are so DETERMINED to be right; even when everyone around them implores them that they’re wrong 😁

We already have DOT medical examinations. You have to disclose any and all medications or medical conditions that could effect driving a commercial vehicle. Many companies have pre employment medical screening even for legal drugs such as alcohol or nicotine. They don't have to hire you if you are a smoker. How much different is it to ask if you have been vaccinated?
