AKX, I don't think you have to use Inside Delivery if you have Portrait Studio in the consignee list.

Dont have portrait in consignee list. Only have walmart and vision center. Inside delivery was a topic of our pcm one morning a few weeks ago. Manager was harping on making sure we select 9 when delivering to places like the pharmacy and vision center or we will pop up on a report. So just to avoid the headache I been putting em all as Inside delivery.

I hit stop complete office for the vision friday by mistake. Voided it out walked back in scanned the boxes told the guy working there I hit the wrong key and needed his sig again.

Inside delivery has to be used on all stops completed inside the store. The photo studio shippers are looking at how we do on delivering their packages inside and using inside delivery is the only way they'll know.
