That white house event was a complete and total disaster. A complete failure of leadership. I wouldn't have believed it if you would told me this story before it happened. A US president in the midst of a deadly pandemic, that's spread person to person through the air and has killed over 210,000 Americans, would host a white house event, ignore every safety protocol to prevent the spread of the disease and thus fail to protect US political leadership from the virus, and that president would catch the virus, and have to be put on oxygen at some point, and 24 other people who attended the event would get it, including 3 sitting US senators. I can't comprehend the level of foolishness of these actions.
What's worse we find out from the president's doctor that the president knew he had the virus on Wednesday, said nothing to the American people and instead went to other events knowing he could spread this virus that's killed over 210,000 Americans to other Americans. What utterly depraved immoral behavior from the president. It defies logic. trump is truly a despicable person.
