Taking a dump in the maintenance manager's desk drawer. They never knew who did it but had a good idea. Just couldn't prove it. Most of the employees were pretty sure who did it also.

We had a 22.4 fired for driving around with misloads all day and not sheeting them up.
Claimed he didn’t know how to.

He should have claimed " no one taught or showed him" and then blame every one else!

If it isn't a cardinal sin and your honest…haven't seen many kicked to the curb.
Then again…we just had a bunch of drivers win arbitration for drinking with a supervisor

I've worked in the private and public sector, non union and union jobs. If you are a teamster and got fired you must've did something VERY WRONG. In my experience, it is VERY DIFFICULT to get fired. I've seen guys get their job back with a 6 sporh. You basically have to steal something with two witnesses and have it on camera to get fired.
Do the job, work safe, and at 25 years collect your patch.
