So, you just do what you want? Are they optional? So, let's say you miss a verbal instruction and don't comply......causing whatever to happen.....what then? I've heard some pretty important things in PCM's and deliberately ignoring them......serious question.

Verbal instructions? Meaningless. What if I'm out sick or on vacation and don't get those verbal instructions?

If it's important put it in writing. Until then it isn't policy.

You make a good point.
Probably why after the pcm they send out messages saying the same thing they verbally told us that morning.
