So.... the contract is a POS, and you don't know what the hold up is on

retro checks ? It's been discussed in numerous threads since October 5th.


It's hard for me to understand how someone could be so informed about the

quality of the contract, but not be aware of all the details. Interesting.





Typically, everything comes to a screeching halt between the company and the

Union on December 1st. Because of peak season, the only cases heard are

cardinal sin discharge situations. We'll have to see what happens with supplemental

negotiations after Freight votes again.

Wait so when am I getting my retro paycheck, it’s not just .70 cents per hour since August 1st but more like $2 an hour since August 1st since I’m at rookie driver pay ($18.75) an hour.
