Aghaji-Enweremadu had his blood drawn for drug screening by a Texas Trooper. Trooper Foster said those results have yet to come back.

In my opinion, when we signed up to do this job and you had to get a DOT card and/or a CDL card, you were well aware of the federal restrictions that came with it, and you willingly accepted. Violating that agreement put your job in jeopardy and that’s the bottom line. I have no idea about any of the other stuff.
