say you work 12 hrs a day, for 3 days. thats 12 hrs of overtime. but if you are only OT after 40, and you miss a day, and only 8 on the fourth day, you just lost 8 hrs OT. And if you end up out sick, til the next week, all straight time.

The people that was here before us fought very hard for this language and we will definitely not give that up

All the stuff they're negotiating right now is all Nickel dime stuff
Most of it.

Didn't know inward facing camera and the use of technology for discipline I think it's a very big win

If you work full time what's the difference

If you only work four days at 9.5 hours each day making $40/hr. No overtime until after 40 = $1520. Overtime after 8 = $1640.

The majority are part timers, for them money is the biggest deal. For full timers it’s pension and insurance. Not gonna lie, I’d like a big raise too. I need a new boat!
