What kind of fool would give up overtime after eight? That’s automatic and 9.5 isn’t and 9.5 hasn’t even been around that long. Getting rid of overtime after 8 would be a humongous get back. And the company would manipulate the hell out of it.
It would cut as many routes as they could so you would only get four days worth of work
4 10+ hour days.

big difference.
Money talks and BS walks.
Let's see what they do with the economic package
say you work 12 hrs a day, for 3 days. thats 12 hrs of overtime. but if you are only OT after 40, and you miss a day, and only 8 on the fourth day, you just lost 8 hrs OT. And if you end up out sick, til the next week, all straight time.
