Maybe on one of the many conference calls you are on, you could inform corporate how ignorant they are. It baffles me that no front line management tells them how things really work in the real world. Orion is a perfect example.

As a supervisor I’m not on many conference calls. The ones I do have to participate in are with local managers and division managers. “Corporate” doesn’t have conference calls with the peasants. Nevermind listening if we explain that something isn’t working. If it isn’t working then make it work lol
