You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
One of the drivers i work with is an older single guy. He Max's out and says he enjoys getting the big paychecks starting in October.
We try to time ours so it lasts pretty much all year. The wife gets a match so it's important to spread it out.

But she maxes out ss usually by about now and yes it's really nice getting those extra $500 or so bucks on every paycheck.

How much of a match does she get? If you don't mind me asking.
It was 5 or 6% before the hospital bought her group. Now it's half of the first 5% so essentially 2.5%

Now instead of the bigger match they get a 20k year end bonus. Because you know all of these idiots would rather have the cash than money in their 401k. Smh

It's the same way at contract time. Everyone see how much if a raise we are getting but over look the other give backs.
