Police: Suspect beats driver, steals UPS truck in Boulder

Police in Boulder arrested a person who assaulted a UPS driver and then stole the driver’s truck Wednesday, according to a news release from the Boulder Police Department.

The suspect, whose name, age and gender were not released, had the truck for just a short while before police caught up with the truck at 28th and Pearl streets and made an arrest, the release read.

One dead in crash with UPS truck in Frayser – WREG

One person was killed following an accident involving a UPS truck on Thomas Street and Stage Road around 10:30 p.m. Monday.

Police said the UPS driver was driving north on Thomas Street when a second vehicle driving at a high rate of speed hit him.

A witness also stated that the UPS driver had the green light at the time of the crash.

UPS delivery driver escapes after robbery and kidnapping in Center Point – Al

A UPS delivery driver was robbed and kidnapped Tuesday night in Center Point.

The incident happened just before 8 p.m. in the 300 block of Sunhill Road N.W., said Jefferson County sheriff’s Deputy Chief David Agee. The victim told authorities he was making a delivery when he was approached by a black male wearing a gray hoodie.

The suspect then pulled a gun, demanded his keys and drove off with him in the back of the truck.
