Air Driving Question

Employee A is a part-time bid air driver with 5 years seniority.
Employee B is a full-time air driver with 3 years seniority.

They both report on their scheduled work day.
Management says they're only allowed to use one driver.

Who gets the work and why?

In the Central Region Supplement when FT and PT work together, lay offs will be by company seniority. Going through that right now in the car wash.

In the Central Region, there can't be full-timers and part-timers in the car wash unless they manage to wash them without moving them?

Sorry forty but you’re headed back to the sort

No you didn't. And you don't follow it either. Hence you make up the rules as you go.
I don't think I have that option. Too many people both FT and PT would love to file a grievance. So far the Union and the Labor Manager see eye to eye on my working. One of the disadvantages to seniority is it puts a target on my back by all of the members beneath me.
