That would be perfect. You mean we could have a normel life. Make all kids functions. Make plans after work. Maybe even mow? Wow! Oh wait it's. Ups

With this contract proposal, a 9.5 day is what we are agreeing to. That is around a 47.5 hour work week.
This equates to forced overtime, and no work hour reduction.

The 9.5 language is to enforce a maximum of 9.5. UPS has the ability to reduce it to an 8 hour day.
Why would people not want to work OT anyway? I'd much rather give my family an extra 20k to ensure their financial future.
