Co Worker needs help.

You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
What was the response when they got back to work? I've heard bad things like harassment when they got back, always being checked on by security, 2nd guessed every step of the rebuilding process. For example, if they called in, were they really sick or just hung over or dope sick.
Bad things they should be watched closely.

Give an addict an inch and they’ll take a mile. Even after rehab.

Test everyone.

Yeah good idea. I'm sure no honest people will get fired due to false positives!

What is the false positive rate for a drug test you ask? Approx 2.25% (for opiates anyway, which is one of the most commonly abused drugs) so extrapolating that to all of UPS's employees means over 9,500 people will be fired for no reason.

Smarten up guy, there are multiple pages of language on drug tests in the contract. They are there for a reason
