Plenty of the dumbest jock D-bags from my high school work in the offices of (old money) construction companies around town. All about networking. That is why people who go to Ivy League Colleges do well; they are plugged right into the network of elite/rich people, and chances are one of them will have some kind of business venture they need help with.
