So ups doesn't give out uniforms for helpers anymore , I swear every year something big changes

I wonder what the reason was for the change

It is probably just easier from a logistics standpoint. Instead of having to supply uniforms that vaguely fit helpers that may or may not stick around for the season, they just have two sizes of vest (L that won't fit over a big jacket when it gets cold, and XXL that barely stays on).
