I just got hired at UPS in Memphis. I should start within 3 weeks as a Loader/Unloader. This is a company that I hope to grow with IM only 18 so eventually I hope to become a manager or supervisor and maybe a driver.
Any tips on how to make a good impression would be appreciated. Im proud to now be a member of UPS.
