My response to bonus.......Bone this.

Here in Nor Cal our incentive pay has pretty much been either taken away or when you do beat the route mgt fudges the numbers so you don't receive your incentive pay. "Most" drivers are one to two hrs over daily even when being a hero every day on their route. If corporate was "smart" they could use the incentive bonus in a different way.

If drivers know they will be over even if the bust their asses then they have no incentive to work any harder. UPS only made money on bonus when the time allowances were only slightly unfair and drivers could make a little bonus by skipping lunch and breaks. Now there are very few routes like that. Time allowances are so bad now an hour over is probably the average for most routes, so if you skip your breaks you would be working for free.

Used to close to $200 a week in bonus. Where did it go? No clue.

The longer hours I do now make up for the bonus I lost
