Other than the uniform that could be the rear of any delivery vehicle FDX or UPS..

Although I could see station Sups, going from truck to truck trying to match smudge marks on the shelfs and rear door.

Unfortunately short of a confession, there doesn't seem to be hard evidence to prove. I doubt maryann is gonna talk.
All she has to say is she had a shirt, and was in the back of some other truck. But it isn't in her best interest, unless UPS pays her
to talk, but at that point is it really worth it for UPS to care?

Granted if the cell phone has geo tagging enabled on the pictures and if somehow UPS was able to get that info,
they might be able to pinpoint who it might have been...

If they can't fire, they'll have one fun morning meeting... and if they "think" they know, they'll focus heavily on that driver.

UPS cares since it's inside a package car, and she's wearing the uniform. If it was on break, and inside anything not UPS related, and she wasn't wearing a UPS shirt, this would be a non-issue.

I think if the driver was going to be fired he would be gone by now. Either UPS can't prove who it was or there was never a real UPS driver involved. The main question I have is where did she get the UPS shirt if it wasn't a real UPS driver.

How do your know it was on company time and you presume it was the driver's shirt?

I've seen our package cars sit in the parking lot over the weekend with the rear doors open. There's more than one possible scenario here and we all presume this has occurred more than once.

At least the driver isn't throwing someone else's packages at the porch on camera.

This just feeds the porno industry. It's not our problem. Not my responsibility. Don't tell me that management is squeeky clean in this arena.
