I was -1.94 on Wednesday and still found time to use the restroom 3 times during the day. (yes, I am old and need to pee a lot).

There is no excuse for a human being to feel that they must pee in an empty bottle while at work.
Out in the middle of nowhere??

There are plenty of excuses. The best excuse is that some of us don't want to be spotted by anyone that might just happen to be out in the area that we thought was void of human life. I for one don't want to be the one responsible for some little girl seeing a wee wee for the first time. It has happened here before. It will not happen to me.

You can be fired for taking pictures anywhere on the company property that the public does not have access to, including the interiors of package cars. You can take all the pictures of the outside of the package car. Take all the pictures you want of the center or hub from the parking lot or customer parking area, but can, and will be fired, for taking pictures inside that the public has no access to.
And what article of the contract gives the company the right to terminate without first issuing a warning letter per the progressive discipline process?

If it is a cardinal offense, there is nooooo warning letter and LP will escort you to the parking lot....seen it done many times in my building over the years.

It is not a "cardinal offense" according to the contract. If it is, please cite the relevant article.

So all of the businesses in your area prohibit UPS drivers from using their public bathrooms?

Sorry, but if you are so busy you can't use a restroom, you are doing it wrong.

I've been businesses and been denied when I asked to use their restroom.

Its restroom karma, I hope that person craps their pants sometime because they can't get to the toilet.

As you're standing there getting a signature grab your stomach and look back towards the entrance and say "I won't make it!" and start to shuffle in it's direction. The idea of letting you use their bathroom or cleaning their carpet helps them make the right choice.

nowhere special
More often the restroom at a business will always be occupied by employees who use it to take long breaks - usually when you really do need to go and are hopping around with your eyes crossed.

I can't believe businesses refuse to let you use their restroom.....it's not like you're a bum off the street!
