w2 forms

i went to the www.w2.adp.com to get my tax form i get to the id verification screen and its asking me for a zip code i have put in my old zip my new zip the companys zip but its saying its not right does anyone know what to do

I didn't have any problem, I used my personal mailing zip. but then I have received my paper W2 also.
