Kohls is mostly soft goods. Not a direct comparison to Walmart.

We had a coffee can dedicated to store bacon grease. Then we got uptown and had a little coffe pot looking thing that was made for it. It always stayed on the stove top.
I would be hard pressed to buy any meat there.

I go to Kohl's for the Kohl's cash. lol.
People. Don't understand Kohls cash. Especially when they return an item. You don't get the Kohls cash back. The term is a bit misleading.

We don't have the grocery store Walmart.....just good old Walmart. My dog's food is cheapest there......even better price than the 99 cents store.

when I'm stuck for a gift, I'll go to Kohl's and just walk around. They have a lot of stuff, and they are not afraid to put it on sale. Plus, there is one about 2 miles from my house. Right next door to walmart.
The Walmart here has a grocery section but I still don't go there. It's like stepping in to the twilight zone.
They won't put enough of people on. Then they wonder why so much stuff gets stolen.

I don't buy any fresh foods except from the grocery store (Albertsons or Ralphs) the price determines which one gets my business.
They are both about the same distance from my house (about 2 miles).......so I shop sale items.
I only go outside that circle when there's a product that neither store carries.....like Ken's Three Cheese Italian Dressing.....have to go to Stater Brothers for the particular flavor. Our favorite salad dressing.
Thanks for the reminder I need to do some myself.
