Social movement right now is trying to make transgenderism mainstream. People who push back against that are characterized as racists, fascists, and homophobes. This is why we have government. Because ultimately issues can get majority support like gay marriage, or get defeated like allowing men in women's restrooms. And the courts can decide if everything was followed constitutionally. That's why you don't like government. You want mob rule where people are afraid to stand up to your demands. Don't get your way? "They're all corrupt!" A lot of them may be, but they're the bulwark between common sense and idiots run amok. Except when the idiots get majority control. Then we have to vote them out.
its true lgbtq is a movement, they have parades every year, theres cross walks with rainbow color, end of matrix revolutions ends with what could be viewed as a lgbtq symbolism. part of their movement is lgbtq self determination, so they dont want to be violently attacked bc they want a sex change or want to love something other than the opposite sex. its like how blacks want self determination and dont want racism. or worker self determination where you dont have a boss who act pretty close to darth vader dictating to you what to do.
you cant count on the courts for protection, you lost your rights because of judicial fiat. courts respond to movements too.

heres an interview with chris hedges on courts not protecting your rights. hedges was involved in big lawsuits against hte govt

US courts have ruled money is speech, and if the govt was spying on you they would tell you :S
