LMBYeah and the Red Sox sucked when you started too. Probably just got done getting over the Boston Massacre.
"Preload Encroachment" is real! This is a major problem the company is ignoring. They rather worry about what time a driver gets to a resi pickup that in the past, the pickup time was whenever you got there.Anybody else experiencing this? We can’t seem to leave the building before 9:45 for weeks now so all airs are now 12:00.

I don’t understand why they can’t finish loading at a decent time. You start earlier, you finish earlier. How hard is that?"Preload Encroachment" is real! Good question. "Preload Encroachment" affects the whole operation yet nothing is done. My feeling is the company isn't staffed enough causing the preload delays and feeder delays in the hubs, which delays downstream. It becomes a vicious cycle.I don’t understand why they can’t finish loading at a decent time. You start earlier, you finish earlier. How hard is that?
Well if the drivers get done too late the work cannot get processed earlyI don’t understand why they can’t finish loading at a decent time. You start earlier, you finish earlier. How hard is that?
At least in my building, management has learned to rely on runners that will do whatever it takes to get the volume in, no matter what time we start.Well if the drivers get done too late the work cannot get processed early
Over dispatched P/C drivers ,return late , twi wraps late , feeders leave late , feeder gets to destination late , that building under staffed , the out bound preload trailer leaves late , arrives at understaffed center late , preload wraps late , brownie overstuffed , leaves late , comes back to center late , holding up understaffed twiGood question. Good they can give him all my friend* workAt least in my building, management has learned to rely on runners that will do whatever it takes to get the volume in, no matter what time we start.
Take your pick ups back so you have more time to finish deliveries.Good they can give him all my friend* work
I don't have a problem with thatTake your pick ups back so you have more time to finish deliveries.
It’s not always that easy.Take your pick ups back so you have more time to finish deliveries.
And they use those drivers to make pickups for those who don’t skip their breaks. They monitor every one to know who skips their breaks and their lunch.
Hey if they want to pay me to drive 45 minutes each way to drop off some pick ups, I’m all for it.I don't have a problem with that
Yeah it’s always the drivers fault. Which came first, the chicken or the egg? The driver that delivered the first chicken.Well if the drivers get done too late the work cannot get processed early
The preloader who laid the egg.Which came first, the chicken or the egg? The driver that delivered the first chicken.
Preload methods have been sheet for years now they just figure it was better than to trust a monkey to obtain skills and responsibility.Good question.
