Since we got drones here, we started a thing called "fly it off Fridays". Basically, we use the drone like a helper all day, and just do stuff like flip them back over when they crash, hold doors open, push buttons on elevators, get signatures, fill out infonotices, etc... Everyone is getting 13.5 on Friday, and rolling stops into Monday.

I know too many people like that. We got guys that make the 100k+ club every year and only put one or two percent into the 401k
Because they " can't afford to save"

It's the new year so now I'm back to saving 35% into my pre-tax until I max it out, and $6,000 into my Roth IRA. Trying to build some wealth.

We have a maintenance man that made $113,000. He worked no Sundays and one Saturday all year. He also took all 7 weeks of vacation and both option days.
We also have a Porter/Janitor that I would bet hit $120,000. He however was working Saturdays and Sundays like crazy.

Went top pay around Oct. 1st 2019. Made $80,500 last year. Not bad! Top pay when I was working as an engineer was $85k here. No pension and had to pay for health insurance as well.
