No they aren’t. Medicare for all has strong support. Taxing the rich always plays well. A Marshall plan to reform Central America just makes sense from a cost standpoint. Legalized marijuana is a no brainer. What positions do you think are extreme?

Is having a large sick population good for the country? Fix immigration, healthcare for illegals is a scare tactic for stupid people, aka already Trump supporters.
I haven’t heard a serious candidate propose reparations.
Student debt is a massive drag on the economy. You can debate if forgiveness is the right plan but I haven’t heard any alternative.
