I do watch NPR a good bit for news when I'm looking for news.
It is not remotely balanced ... it is pretty left in the choices of the news they report.
I understand the left-biased just like I do with Snopes.
It's still good quality news just a slice of the overall news.
I use to watch Al Jerzeera and they actually reported the news in the USA better than any other networks we have here.
BBC is fairly decent ... they are left but they don't try to hide it or pretend they are being fair.
I actually don't watch the news unless it is presented humorously ... for instance, The Five.

NPR isn't balanced anymore. They used to broadcast using leftists who could keep politics and personal feelings out of stories but they're just not doing it anymore. And the presentation of their stories is an all-out exercise in woke viewpoints and phraseology.
BBC is still fine.

I do agree that Al Jazeera has a balanced approach to the news. I just fear that right wing radicals will burn my house down if they know it. I don't see much difference between NPR and The News Hour or the BBC.
