Been a while,,,,,,,,

Met with the SM. He informed me that my service was down and I responded so is yours.
What do you mean? He asks,

Explained.....
All I need is 5 things from you,
1. The right box
2. on the right truck
3. With the right address
4. In the right condition
5. In a timely manner.

Crickets...., .........

Service is 2 way street. Their are responsibilities for both parties in the contract.

I wonder how many things they need from you?

Except when you don't meet service, you lose AND when they don't meet service on their end, you lose.

When they don't meet their end, and you cancel the contract, they lose nothing. When you don't meet service, and the contract is cancelled, you lose. It is a completely one-sided relationship where only you can lose.

Why ask us? You signed the damn thing. it's ambiguous one sided and completely open ended contract and as we talked about before.....nothing's binding.....as it pertains to them. The only remaining question is how long will it be until you realize that it's an impossible situation.
