The 3 day ride is a time study, don't let management push you, work at a pace you can keep up SAFELY for 25 years!!!! Remember this is a time study on you not the management helping you!!!!

It's nothing more than harassment, the sup could do the same exact thing sitting in his office on the computer if he really wanted to see what you do all day, instead they come ride with you to get you scared.....

And it works, because probably 70% of drivers in my center are scared to get on the list because of a 3 day ojs

It's funny, we have guys who run 3hr over every day never get a 3 day ride, yet the guy who runs 1hr over every day but gets on the list now gets rides. I have filed harassment and retaliation for these rides every time. It's bs
